Everything was great, breakfast was outstanding and incredibly nice. Spacious and bright units with the bedroom, efficient A/C, for example, and the staff were really kind.

Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and jam. Competent staff. Unbeatable location close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. Convenient proximity to the center of Roseau, ferry terminal, botanical gardens, and ferry and cruise port.

As a layover guest, we found the simple yet well-equipped room at St. James Guesthouse perfect for our needs. The availability of Amazon TV was a pleasant surprise, and the hospitality of the staff made us feel welcomed. It was convenient to have access to a coffee maker and fridge in the main area, and the complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start our day. We felt safe taking walks in the area, and the added bonus of Netflix in the room kept the kids entertained. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus, especially compared to other guesthouses we've stayed at that only had fans. The inclusion of fresh local fruits in the breakfast added a lovely touch to the overall experience.

The location in a calm area was magnificent and fab and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. The room was great value for money and cheap and complete with a walk-in shower.

The staff here are really friendly and know their stuff, and the room is nice and bright with air conditioning to keep you cool 😊. Plus, you can't beat the location right in the heart of town, so convenient!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at St. James Guesthouse and would recommend it. The room was brand new and provided great value for the money. The location was fantastic, being only 0.5 miles away from Canefield airport. The guesthouse is situated in a calm and peaceful area.
